Remember the CrossFit Open starts Fri Oct 11th!!! Heats start from 415pm. There will not be our regularly scheduled afternoon classes for 5 weeks from Oct 11th. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to get in and do the WODs! You don’t have to be registered to do it, but we highly suggest registering 😀 It will be a fun 5 weeks!
