*EMOM stop and complete 5 synchronized Push ups
50 Back Rack Lunges 50/35kg
*EMOM stop and complete 10 Alt Box Jumps with your partner (5 each)
50 STO 50/35kg
*EMOM stop and complete 5 synchronized Burpees
*Start the WOD with CTB Pull ups. Then get into the EMOMs from minute 1.
*Split up the reps how you want. Except the EMOM movements must be done synchronised or alternating reps for the box jumps.
