About Us

CrossFit Burleigh is a strength and conditioning facility, designed to improve your well-being.

At CrossFit Burleigh we will empower you to do things you never thought possible.

Our training sessions are done in a group environment that is FUN and SUPPORTIVE.

Each workout is approximately 1 hour and is different every time, so you will never get bored of doing the same movements.

CrossFit training methods produce results for all levels of fitness, gender and age.

Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, become a professional athlete, or improve your current level of fitness, CrossFit Burleigh can help you achieve these goals.

The high intensity that we train at creates a bond among our members.

There are no egos, no bad attitudes, just hard work and a supportive environment that can’t be faked.

We are serious about our training methods.

  • Weightlifting,
  • Bodyweight gymnastic movements and
  • High intensity metabolic conditioning

But we’re not so serious that we can’t laugh at ourselves and have FUN while getting physically and mentally stronger.  And empowering ourselves to overcome our fears and weaknesses.

I feel like a broken record these days telling this to people. One of the things I appreciate about CrossFit is the constant desire and goal to find the best possible stimulus and adaptation to improve our fitness.  If you look at the evolution of workouts from the early 2000's till now they are quite different. One of the places I think our entire community can grow is the thought process, expectations on self or others, and ego on "RX". It's old school terminology in our gym and we often don't hear it anymore because the truth is you are going to gain more fitness over time if you maintain the stimulus of the workout. If programmed well, the intensity is often one of the main goals of a workout. Even if it's at varying levels.  And if you went to your L1 you know that intensity is what gives you results. If you maintain this my bet is you have more longevity, more results, and more fun!⠀
