Get on board our 100 burpees a day challenge! Kayla thought it would be a great idea, I agree! From now until this initial shut down is over (hopefully April 20th or earlier!!). If you think 100 is too much to just jump straight into maybe start with 50/day this week and then add 10 or 20 the following week, etc… Or you can accumulate the 100 throughout the day! If there are burpees in the WOD you can count those towards your daily 100.

-Good mornings (use a band, pvc or broom stick)
-Down dog into cobra
-Samson and tricep
-10-20 skips /double unders
-5 SL deadlifts/leg with or without weight-10 v-ups
Every 90 secs – 3 rounds:
1) 10 Rear foot elevated split squats (5 each leg) @ tempo 31X1 (with or without DB/KB held in goblet)

*90 sec to complete each movement separately. (3 Rounds of each.)
