Our training sessions are done in a group environment that is FUN and SUPPORTIVE. Each workout is 1 hour and is different every time. You will never get bored of doing the same movements. We use constantly varied, functional movements executed at a high intensity. We understand that everyone has different goals. CrossFit training methods produce results for all levels of fitness, gender and age. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, become a professional athlete, improve you current level of fitness or to rehab a sore back or knees, CrossFit Burleigh is the place to achieve these goals.
The high intensity that we train at creates a bond among our members. There are no egos, no bad attitudes, just hard work and a supportive environment that can’t be faked. We are serious about our training methods – weightlifting, bodyweight gymnastic movements and high intensity metabolic conditioning – but not so serious that we can’t laugh at ourselves and have FUN while getting physically and mentally stronger, and empowering ourselves to overcome our fears and weaknesses.
