20 Dual DB Deadlifts 22.5/15kg
60 sec HS Hold on wall

*Partner 1 completes 2 Rounds of A while partner 2 completes 2 rounds of B. Swap so each person does 2 rounds of A and 2 rounds of B.
*Partner 1 cannot move on to B until partner 2 is finished their 2 rounds of B (vice versa).
