STRENGTH
Group 1 – (0-3 Strict Pull ups)
a) 4 Sets:
30 sec Max reps PVC Lat pull downs
*60 sec rest
b) 4 Sets:
Max reps inverted barbell row (set ends when you can no longer get your chest to the bar)
*60 sec rest
OR
Group 2 (4+ Strict Pull ups)
a) 4 Sets:
2-5 Weighted strict pull ups
*60 sec rest
b) 4 Sets:
3-10 Strict Pull ups @3011 tempo
*60 sec Rest
CONDITIONING
16 min AMRAP (Grind Pace)
400m Run
10 Lateral DB or KB Box Step overs (15/10kg DB or 16/12kg KB, 24/20” Box)
10 DB Devil presses or Burpee Dual KB Snatches
2 Rope Climbs
*The 2 Rope climbs can be done at any time during the round.
