BENCHMARK WOD GRACE
Being able to move large loads over long distances quickly will help you determine how fit you are. This CrossFit Benchmark workout “Grace” is a good test of your work capacity. You will complete 30 reps with a loaded barbell, as quick as possible, from the ground to your shoulder and from your shoulder to overhead. Test yourself today, really go for it and get out of your comfort zone. You may surprise yourself. Put more weight on the bar, go for that extra rep or two and rest less between reps than you normally would.
