a) Handstand practice – press to HS and walk, Free HS hold, HS hold with shoulder taps, wall HS hold, wall face HS hold, straight arm plank
b) KB Carry to the road and back – 1 KB by your side, 1 KB in the front rack position – AHAP. Swap arms ½ way.
